Her extensive experience in management, strategic planning, and innovation and technology development has allowed her to become an inspiring and innovative leader.
Julie uses her influence and communication skills to rally teams and partners around a common vision. She is actively involved in her community as a speaker, advisor, and mentor.

Strategic Advisor and Corporate Director
Louis Gaudreau is a strategic advisor and corporate director for several companies in the information technology sector. He has held senior management positions and served as a board member for several organizations. Most notably, he has acted as vice-president of Business Solutions – Health at Bell Canada and was president of the Createch Group. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gaudreau has successfully led more than 20 merger and acquisition projects in the tech industry and subsequently managed these business units.
Mr. Gaudreau is also involved with a number of charitable organizations. Namely, he is president of the board of directors for the Fondation Cité de la Santé and an administrator for Théâtre Aphasique.

André Petitclerc has served on Tink’s board of directors since June 2021. A skilled communicator and sought-after speaker, he is a major figure in the Quebec information technology and communications industries as well as in the multimedia sector.
Throughout his 30 years in financial management, Mr. Petitclerc has specialized in growth capital, portfolio management, and business development for companies in the tech sector. He is currently an information technology investment advisor at Investissement Québec. Over the years, he has also worked for other large, established companies, namely the Société générale de financement du Québec, Desjardins Capital de risque, BCE Emergis, the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and IST, a major Quebec IT company. He has invested in several innovative and promising Quebec businesses, including Solotech and Stingray.
Mr. Petitclerc holds a bachelor’s degree in administration, accounting, and finance from Université Laval. He is also a member of the Quebec CPA Order.

Jocelyn is one of Tink’s co-founders and has more than 30 years of experience in managing new information and communications technology. Under his direction, Tink has become a mainstay in Quebec and one of the largest independent digital project companies in the province.
Jocelyn is a committed leader who regularly works with business executives to help them achieve their objectives by seizing the opportunities offered by digital technologies.
