The Food Basics and Super C websites are getting a fresh new look
Our team has completed a new milestone in the web redesign of the Metro group, with the launch of the new websites for Super C and Food Basics. Indeed, a few months after the launch of the "Moi" program and the subsequent web redesign, customers of Super C in Quebec and Food Basics in Ontario now have an optimized website fully integrated into the digital ecosystem of the Metro group.
With these two revamped sites, users can now enjoy a seamless and personalized omnichannel online grocery experience, both on the website and the mobile application. The Metro group's team can rely on a single technological foundation to simultaneously evolve multiple sites. These changes are part of an effort to standardize the user journey and enhance conversion.
Now that this new phase is completed, we will continue working with the Metro group's team with a focus on continuous improvement to extend this redesign to other banners of the company.
