The Fonds de solidarité FTQ renews its trust in Tink
Tink is extending its partnership with the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ, which has once again entrusted the web agency to develop and execute its digital strategy, as well as the content for its digital platforms.
The Fonds de solidarité FTQ invests to build a better society by channelling the savings of its 723,501 shareholders into development and risk capital investments to help Québec transition to a green economy, a human-centred world of work, and a healthier society. The Fonds offers businesses unsecured financing and strategic support. With $17.2 billion in net assets as of May 31, 2021, the Fonds has supported more than 3,437 partner companies and 247,612 jobs.

This mandate puts Tink in charge of providing digital support for all of the Fonds’ content and online customer experience needs. This includes the following:
- Strategic digital support and web ecosystem solutions to meet the Fonds FTQ’s business objectives
- Digital optimization recommendations to continuously improve the experience and performance of the customer journey, as well as the Fonds’ SEO relevance and search engine visibility
- Development of the Fonds de Solidarité FTQ ecosystem through its digital tools and production of content (often long-form pieces) that is relevant to the Fonds’ clientele
This mandate will be carried out in close collaboration with two agencies: Cartier, which will be responsible for advertising, and Republik, which will be in charge of content marketing.
