A warm welcome to our new Director of Talents Acquisition, Vincent Caron!

Tink is thrilled to welcome our new Director of Talent Acquisition, Vincent Caron, to the team. 

Vincent is no stranger to the agency, as he previously held this position from 2013 to 2019. He has 15 years of experience in human resources and recently spent a year travelling the world (21 countries and 4 continents!). After a two-year stint working in the realm of payment solutions, Vincent is back at Tink. “I’ve spent almost half of my career at Tink,” says Vincent. “The company has always held a special place in my heart, and I’ve kept in close contact with my former colleagues and managers. Tink is a great company. I left to explore other horizons, both professionally and personally, but I’m thrilled to be back and I can’t wait to get to work!” 

From Vincent’s perspective, coming back during a pandemic that isn’t quite over yet isn’t the only challenge ahead of him: “There are definitely many challenges in the Quebec job market right now, particularly in the fields of digital marketing and information technology. I’ve learned a lot over the past few years, and Tink has an ambitious growth plan for the near future. I think this is the perfect time to advance the company’s HR goals.”

We’re confident that Vincent’s energy and proactive mindset will be valuable assets for Tink and our employer brand. “My ambition for Tink is to further strengthen employees’ corporate experience right from the first point of contact.
