The new Centre du Rasoir eCommerce site is now live
On November 15, 2021, the new transactional site for Centre du Rasoir, produced by Tink, went live just in time for the essential Black Friday and holiday season.
Following the earlier announcement of a refreshed brand image and new in-store concepts, this launch represents the final step in a new historic chapter for Centre du Rasoir. For over 60 years, Centre du Rasoir has provided Quebecers with a curated selection of products chosen by experts from 40 stores across the region. As an iconic brand dear to Quebecers since 1959, we are proud to have seen Centre du Rasoir choose Tink to guide them in this digital transformation:

This is indeed a complete overhaul of Centre du Rasoir’s digital ecosystem led by Tink. Always seeking the best technologies to meet our clients' business needs, Tink selected Shopify as the eCommerce platform partner for this project. Following a comprehensive audit, Shopify Plus was identified as the best fit for Centre du Rasoir’s business needs and market positioning.
For the redesign, Tink worked in close collaboration with Centre du Rasoir’s teams on:
- Business analysis, migration of the AKENEO PIM, and updating it to the latest version (Product Inventory Management);
- eCommerce business rules optimization workshops, covering the full range from online orders to delivery, in collaboration with Shopify Plus and Centre du Rasoir’s teams;
- Developing a connector for the ERP (or integrated management software), to ensure smooth information exchange;
- Integration with Akeneo's PIM tool;
- UX/UI support, to ensure an optimal online customer experience;
- Digital commercialization planning (SEO, Marketing automation, newsletters, etc.);
- Deployment, support, and site evolution to ensure future updates.
